Transportation:
We have hired a shuttle/van to go from the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort to the East West Center. The company is Waikiki Van Express, operated by Natee and can be reached at 808.383.0119 (and can text him at this number also). His charge for both days is $320 + tip (if you like).

The schedule is:
Wed 28 Nov: Pick up at hotel at 7:45 am and pick up at East West Center at 6:00 pm
Thu 29 Nov: Pick up at hotel at 7:45 am and pick up at East West Center at 1:00 pm.

Parking:

• We have parking permits for 12 vehicles for the area in Lot A which will be free for our attendees. The lot closes at 7:00 pm. The parking passes are good for the two days of the forum and need to be picked up from Cathy Hirano or Burton White.

Our event will take place in the Asia room on the 2^nd floor, Upper Level.
