He is a serial global entrepreneur, educator, advisor, visionary executive and internationally acknowledged Subject Matter Expert on Digital Health, Mobile Health, Public Health & Health Informatics Standards; CyberHealth initiatives, with 40 years of global professional expertise.

Gora co-leads as Director of a US federally funded workforce development program in California which focuses on public-private consortium that brings together industry, academia and government partners to Public Health Informatics and Technology for Workforce Development program. He is also the founding Chairman and CEO of CAL2CAL group of companies (estd. 1996 http://www.cal2cal.com) – an innovative Emerging Technology products and solutions organization.

He is the inventor of Stateless Parallel and Statistic Multiplexed Computing principles for mission-critical multiprocessor applications. His research focuses on infinitely scalable blockchain protocol development for mission-critical applications.

Dr. Lakshmi Shankar Ramachandran (aka R. L. Shankar), PhD, Associate Professor in the Practice of Finance, Goizueta Business School, Emory University, USA. He earned his PhD in Finance from EdHEC, MS in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, and Bachelors of Technology from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Madras. Dr. Shankar‘s primary research interest lies in the area of empirical asset pricing. His papers have appeared, among other journals, in the Journal of Financial Economics (JFE). His research work focuses on the pricing of contingent claims in imperfect markets, market microstructure, and algorithmic trading. He has received several prestigious research grants, including the inaugural grant for capital markets instituted by New York University and the National Stock Exchange of India.

Imran Bashir has an MSc in information security from Royal Holloway, University of London. He has a background in software development, solution architecture, infrastructure management, information security, and IT service management. His current focus is on the latest technologies, such as Blockchain and quantum computing. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He loves to write. His book on Blockchain technology, Mastering Blockchain, is a widely accepted standard text on the subject. He is also the author of another popular book called “Blockchain consensus - an introduction to classical, Blockchain, and Quantum Consensus Protocols”. He has worked in various senior technology roles for different organizations around the world.

Dr. Goga is a full professor at the University Politehnica of Bucharest Romania, and he is working in the Molecular Dynamics Group, University of Groningen as an associated senior researcher.  He also works for ISO/IEEE medical device standards 11073 family of standards. On this line of research, he received in 2011 IEEE Technology Merits Award, 2010, US Edition.  He is the chair of IEEE Blockchain Section Romania and Coordinator for Blockchain Sections Region 8.
